Lead Registered Nurse - Internal Medicine

They are also responsible for ensuring that patient care needs are met through effective management of human resources and materials. Reports to the Director or Manager of the department. Serves as a role model and mentor and promotes activities which contribute to a positive work and professional environment.

**Required Criteria**

+ **Education:** Bachelors' of Nursing Degree

+ **Experience:** 3 years' experience

+ **Licenses/Certifications:** Current RN licensure from the State of Practice

**Preferred Criteria**

+ Having experience as a Medical Assistant or LPN

+ Experience with managing and training a clinical staff

+ Experience with establishing/implementing policies and procedures

+ An individual that works well independently, as well as within a team setting

+ Experience within Primary Care
